A Bite of Shunde 尋味順德 第二集 匠心獨運
One side of land and water, one taste. Shunde people tirelessly pursue the ultimate taste. They can discover hundreds of ways to eat fish, and they can spend half a year just to make a delicacy. Many tourists come to Shunde not only to admire the appearance of the water town, but also to taste the delicious here.
"A Bite of Shunde" is produced by the main team of "A Bite of China". The director of the series and the head of CCTV's record channel program serve as general counsellors. With food as the starting point, they describe the development of Cantonese cuisine. The film records the delicious life of more than 30 Shunde people and the wonderful stories of nearly 100 Shunde cuisines. It shows Shunde’s distinctive and thick regional cultural characteristics, changes and impacts.

《尋味順德》由《舌尖上的中國》的主力團隊擔綱製作,《舌尖》系列片總導演、央視紀錄頻道項目負責人擔任總顧問,以美食為切入點,講述廣府粵菜的發展。片中記錄了30多位順德人的美味人生和近百道順德菜的精彩故事,展示順德鮮明而厚重的地域文化特質、流變及其影響。
